We had a wonderful stay in this hotel. The staff was attentive and the hotel facilities were great. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent with quick clean-ups done by the cleaning personnel while we ate breakfast. Breakfast was standard with eggs, bread, cheese, salad, and some desserts. The location of the hotel was perfect with easy access to transportation, parking, and located by nature and a beautiful lake. The staff was always friendly and helpful.

Great location near the ski lifts and friendly staff. The half-board option was a great deal, with a solid breakfast spread and decent dinner options. The sauna and swimming pool were also enjoyable after a long day on the slopes.
The furniture and facilities appeared worn down and in need of refreshing. The food could have been more varied and healthier.
